Very great vibes here, beautiful and clean and tasty Food! My first time with a program sponsored by Lake County... Everyone likes it so far and THANK GOD we came! Thanks to the staff here and chef! Chicken Empanadas are EXCELLENT!

A new gem! While the interior is mew and beautiful, their nice patio is an envy for many! Food is top quality. We had burrito and taco dinners, they prepare meals to order with quality ingredients. Must try the aqua frescas! Reasonable pricing and pleasant service! Great food!

As a Colombian, I couldn’t resist stopping by Pollo Bacano when I heard about this spot in Zion, and it did not disappoint!I ordered the stuffed arepa with three different meats, including Colombian chorizo, which was packed with flavor. The loaded tostones were a hit, and the chicharrón!? Absolutely perfect with that satisfying crunch we all love.What really impressed me was the extensive drink menu, featuring some of Colombia’s most popular beers and, of course, traditional aguardiente—a must for any Colombian meal.The vibe was on point too. The night I visited, they had a live DJ, which added an awesome energy to the place. I’m already planning to come back with The Team because this spot is too good to keep to myself.If you’re looking for a diverse menu including authentic Colombian flavors with great ambiance, Pollo Bacano is the place to be!

Got the quarter chicken meal for a Friday lunch and it was great. Bit of a citrusy seasoning, no cilantro. Rice and beans were alright. Was fairly empty, and staff was wonderful. Little confusing as we tried to order at the counter and they told us if we were dining in we had to sit down. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the interior decorating. And the patio was very nice.

We are visiting from Texas and wanted a little taste of home and we found it. The guacamole was great, the al pastor tacos were yummy, and the half chicken was so juicy and flavorful..not dried out or bland. The waitress was so friendly and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and give them a try...you will be back for more! The pricing was good too. We just wish they had one in Houston!

Absolutely wonderful. I really hope this place last. The half chicken was really good and my date loved her burrito. The chips and salsa was a great starter. The red salsa was my favorite and lastly the tortillas. Give me a dozen to go lol. The drinks were good as well. If you don't feel like sitting down we're getting out of the car they do have a drive-thru.

I ordered from here for the first time this week and had to go back again to order for my workplace so everyone could try it. I got the full chicken meal, which comes with delicious homemade tortillas, salsas, and two sides (rice and beans). Everything was perfect—so savory, so tasty. Next time, I hope to try the Colombian empanadas and the flautas.The full chicken meal can easily feed a family and may even leave you with leftovers. It has a really great price for all you get.
